When you were talking about old TV shows and the effects, you have to remember that at the time it was great because we didn't have much to choose from. When I think of the few offerings when I was young, we thought "Hee Haw" was amazing. My sister loved the little pigs that danced across the screen. We looked forward to "Lassie" on Sunday nights. That was all we had so it was wonderful.Bart loved Kitt so much we had to send to relatives in Florida for the CAR because it was sold out all around here.
ReplyDeleteThere is so much to choose from today that it is overwhelming. I have seen many shows because of recommendations from friends and relatives. I would never have gotten into "Game of Thrones" if not for others talking about it. I love it.
I remember ER, Scarecrow and Mrs. King, The Waltons, Eddie's Father, Captain Kangaroo, Chicago Hope, Mash and CSI. Mash was a well written show, but I hated the last episode.
