  1. Listen to the pronunciation of megalodon on the internet. It's kind of a combination of what both of you were saying.

Education will not improve until, as Norma said, teachers gain respect and are allowed to use their education to teach the way you should. It seems like schools in this area (Bradford County, PA) listen to the parents to determine what should be taught. Parents don't take into consideration the discipline and circumstances of ALL students that influence what a teacher can do in the classroom. How many teachers have students who listen and sit with folded hands all day long? Students don't all come from "The Brady Bunch" home. Many come from the "Married With Children" home. Let teachers use their education to teach.

Think of how the gas companies have influenced the Bradford County area. We have lost many of our farms because they feel they can live off the royalties. This used to be a farming area, but now we have unfilled hotels and restaurants with no customers as well as empty storefronts. It has "raped" the area.

    Enjoyed the Podcast.
