  1. I would love to have your co-hosts back, but am enjoying your solo Podcasts, too.

    Loved the info on Walmart and the reason so many Super Walmarts are being built.

    I hate getting in contact with any company with a problem. They try to avoid you and talk down to you in hopes you will go away. Usually the problems are of their making. You notice how quickly they respond when your payment doesn't arrive, but try to get an overpayment back.

    Your talk about rents was interesting. You could discuss the Bradford County Gas Company explosion. Look how rents soared because the gas companies like Chesapeake needed housing. People with low incomes had no chance of finding low-rent housing. Then the companies basically left and the rents are still high. People still want the "Big Bucks" for their homes. It is a problem here in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. We were like the test case for other areas and we have suffered in many ways.
