ReplyDeleteThey said he did not have enough instrument training to make the flight that he attempted. What is the difference between this training and "sight" flying? Why would he have taken the plane up if it wasn't the right conditions for his amount of training?
I have watched soap operas since I was a teenager. The thing with them is that you can go for 2 weeks and not see the show and pick up right where you left off. The plot lines drag on for weeks. When I taught school, I couldn't watch my "programs" until the holidays and it was like I missed nothing. Now that I'm retired, I stream them. The present theme seems to be mental illness , but not in a helpful way.
ReplyDeleteI got my covid shot. I figured it will be like the flu shot and I will need to get it every fall. I'm tired of the people who have proof (probably from facebook) that the shot causes all kinds of horrible things. If they don't want to get one, then don't, but shut up about it. If I remember correctly, people who ended up in the ICU when the pandemic was raging said they wished they had gotten the shot. Too late then.
