I can't figure out why people put such high prices on homes that don't see because they are too expensive. They keep paying taxes and insurance. Our local food pantry is in a building that housed a business. Two brothers owned it. One is deceased and the other lives in Florida. The sister-in-law now owns it with him and he refuses to sell at a lower price. The building is in bad shape, but has 3 tenants. Why not sell at a lower price and be done with it?
