I've finally got my internet back, but had to go to another provider. Frontier (Fucktier) totally sucks. They won't even be here until the 20th, maybe. They wouldn't care if someone was dependent on the phone to survive. Every time we called, they would say, "I'm so sorry for your problem". Now we'll see if the crackle in the phone gets fixed.
