ReplyDeleteWe have a "hearing impaired" road sign in front of our house, but it is intended for the neighbor. We're wondering if this means that he can dance in the road and if he gets hit, he can sue because the sign said he can't hear. How do you get signs like this installed? I think we could put up "weird person area" or "stupid person ahead".
