  1. When our car was left in the flood of 2011, the body shop where it was waiting for repairs, had an insurance that would only pay a percentage of the insurance amount. Luckily our insurance paid the rest. Apparently, when there is a disaster, there is a money "pot" that victims share so you only get your "share". It would be nice if the government would hand everyone a check for thousands of dollars, but you know that will never happen. I wonder how the donation money is handled.

  2. I loved "IT", but I guess clowns are complaining because they aren't being hired for kid's parties. Parents must be afraid that the children will be eaten instead of entertained. Clowns have always been on the list of things people are afraid of.

  3. Just saw a segment on the news about airplane seats and the amount of leg space. Now they are concerned that it is a safety hazard. Soon you will have to practice yoga to fit in the seat. The space is smaller, but people are bigger.

    I agree with Norma that it is sometimes better to see the movies on the big screen. Plus, I have to sit and watch rather than find other things to do around the house when watching.
