I watched the TV movie of "Dirty Dancing" and had to stop because it was awful. Baby was an overweight slob and Johnnie was definitely not Patrick Swayze. Even the dancing was under par. Not a wise move to try to remake this iconic movie.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Norma would know if it is a trend for teenagers to wear dresses that practically show the crotch. I went to a ceremony today and 3 of the girls had extremely short outfits. If the girl is overweight, it contributes to the dress being shorter, too.
ReplyDeleteBullying comes down to teaching the person who is being bullied how to deal with it. I don't think the teachers, schools or administrators are ever going to stop the bullies. They go home to the same environment every night and group mentality enters into it.
