ReplyDeleteIn the 70s and 80s, loyalty to your company in response to the way they treated their employees and what perks they gave you willingly. Then, things changed and downsizing happened.
It seems like Americans either work too hard or work hard at getting out of work.
If a woman gets into the IT field and has an excellent record at her job, shouldn't she be judged on that just like a man? As Pete said, he looks at the person and how capable they are.
