I remember one year we went to one house and on to another. Then on the way back, we had to pass a graveyard and the girls at the first house came running out dressed as ghosts. You've never seen kids run so fast. Halloween of 1977, I spent the evening in labor. I got my treat the next day (All Saint's Day). We used to have hayrides and stop at houses to get candy. That was fun. I always did Bobbing for Apples with my classes. I love decorating for Halloween.
